• Minimum education high school grad / GED
• 18 years or older for full-time positions
• Ability to safely carry and handle materials of at least 50 lbs. or more (with proper lifting instruction)
• Ability to work safely and comfortably at heights over 15'
• Punctuality to be at work on-time
• Strong work ethic
• Non-substance abusers

• General construction / framing experience
• Concrete experience
• Insulation installation experience
• Roofing experience
• Farming/Agricultural experience
• CDL license with clean driving record
• Good mechanical knowledge
• Non-smoker / non-tobacco preferred
